Do custom orders require a deposit?

No. We don't require a deposit to start the design process, and each custom quote includes up to 3 rounds of design revisions.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most items are made to order and ship within 3-7 business days. Delivery time after shipping depends on the carrier and your location.

Are these safe for children?

Our articulated items contain small parts and are not intended for young children who may put them in their mouths. Please use adult supervision.
